Jannik Sinner remains comfortably top of the ATP prize-money earners list in 2024, while Alexander Zverev is in second place after his Italian Open title run.
Two-time Major champion Carlos Alcaraz is seventh on the list, while world No 1 Novak Djokovic is just outside the top 10 in 11th position with $1,367,706 earned this year.
There are 18 players who have already cracked $1 million mark in 2024, with Grigor Dimitrov, Ugo Humbert, Nicolas Jarry, Tommy Paul, Karen Khachanov, Felix Auger-Aliassime and Sebastian Baez occupying spots 12 to 18 respectively.
Andy Murray sits in 92nd place on $292,143 ($17,860 from doubles), while his fellow tennis legend Rafael Nadal is in 148th position with $167,441 ($810 from doubles).
ATP top 10 prize-money earners in 2024
10) Taylor Fritz – $1,506,282 ($43,249 from doubles)
Taylor Fritz won his only title of 2024 to date at the Delray Beach Open ATP 250 event in February, while he was also a runner-up at the BMW Open in Munich in April.
The American has also reached the semi-finals at the Madrid Open and the quarter-finals at both the Australian Open and the Italian Open this year.
9) Hubert Hurkacz – $1,553,526 ($18,101 from doubles)
Hubert Hurkacz secured his lone title this year at the Estoril Open ATP 250 tournament in April — his eighth career title and first at a clay-court event.
The Pole kicked off his 2024 campaign with a run to the last eight of the Australian Open and he was also a quarter-finalist at the Masters 1000 event in Rome last week.
8) Alex de Minaur – $1,828,101 ($33,149 from doubles)
Alex de Minaur enjoyed considerable success at ATP 500 tournaments in February with strong runs at the Rotterdam Open and the Mexican Open.
The Australian was a runner-up in Rotterdam, before he defended his title in Acapulco. The world No 11 also reached the quarter-finals at the Monte Carlo Masters in April.
7) Carlos Alcaraz – $1,908,621
Carlos Alcaraz earned over half of his 2024 prize money so far — $1,100,000 — by winning his only title of the season at the Indian Wells Masters in March.
The Spaniard, who is the current world No 3, was a quarter-finalist at the Australian Open, the Miami Open and the Madrid Open, while he missed Masters 1000 events in Monte Carlo and Rome through injury.
6) Andrey Rublev – $2,041,209 ($32,655 from doubles)
Andrey Rublev started his 2024 campaign by claiming the ATP 250 crown at the Hong Kong Open, before he made a run to the last eight of the Australian Open.
The world No 6 received his biggest pay-out of the year so far — $1,025,144 — for winning the Masters 1000 title in Madrid earlier this month.
5) Stefanos Tsitsipas – $2,247,402 ($60,142 from doubles)
World No 9 Stefanos Tsitsipas was rewarded with $990,052 for winning his only title of the 2024 season to date at the Monte Carlo Masters in April.
The Greek was also a runner-up at the Barcelona Open the following week and he continued his strong clay-court campaign with a run to the Italian Open quarter-finals.
4) Casper Ruud – $2,362,517 ($21,635 from doubles)
Casper Ruud was a finalist at back-to-back hard court events in Mexico in February: the Los Cabos Open ATP 250 and the Mexican Open ATP 500 in Acapulco.
The Norwegian, who is ranked seventh, then earned $540,638 for his Monte Carlo runner-up showing, before claiming $524,085 for winning the Barcelona Open title.
3) Daniil Medvedev – $2,591,709 ($16,241 from doubles)
World No 5 Daniil Medvedev was a finalist at the Australian Open in his first event of the season, with his run at the Melbourne Grand Slam netting him $1,166,963.
The Russian then claimed $585,000 for his runner-up effort at the Indian Wells Open in March, while he was also a semi-finalist at the Miami Masters and a quarter-finalist in Madrid.
2) Alexander Zverev – $3,328,294 ($116,097 from doubles)
Alexander Zverev earned $1,033,165 from his triumph at last week’s Italian Open, taking his total prize money for 2024 beyond the $3 million mark.
The world No 4 also reached the last four at both the Australian Open and the Miami Open, while he was a quarter-finalist in Indian Wells.
In addition, the German has raked in $116,097 from his doubles success — the highest total among the top 20 earners. Zverev was a doubles finalist at the Monte Carlo Masters with partner Marcelo Melo.
1) Jannik Sinner – $4,455,845 ($24,596 from doubles)
Jannik Sinner has been the standout ATP player in 2024 so far and this is reflected by the $4,455,845 he has collected in prize money this year. The 22-year-old is well clear at the top of the list despite missing the Italian Open due to a hip injury.
The Italian received $2,130,975 for winning his maiden Grand Slam title at the Australian Open in January, before adding $430,260 for his Rotterdam Open triumph in February.
The world No 2 earned a further $1,100,000 for his Miami Open title run in March, while he has also reached semi-finals in Indian Wells and Monte Carlo, and the last eight in Madrid.
