Ekunola Davies Ministry International is set to hold its first annual Genesis Crusade Fire Conference 2023.
Its Founder , Evangelist Davies Ekunola disclosed this in a media parley in Lagos.
According to the church founder, the conference will be a gathering of Kingdom Generals , who are set to rekindle the Light of God and catalyze revival across the land.
He said it is not the work of men of God to tell who will win elections , but pray that God raises leaders that will uplift the nation.
On the assignment of Ministers of God, he said : ” Prophet are not set to make decision, we prophesy when God has commanded us, so when the pastor predicts, the prophet says what will happen as God has told them.
“I did not ask God who’s going to win the election. I’ve not ask anything about the election, the only thing I’ve done is to pray that the election should be peaceful and the leader that God will use, the lord should raise him.”
He said the conference will provide opportunity for Ministers to refresh for the challenges waiting them in the year.
He said : ” The purpose of this conference is to refresh the Ministers of God for the challenge that is awaiting them in the new year. This comes up within the seven days of the new year, we want to get them prepared. That is why will gather them physically to rekindle the fire of their ministration “
On the composition of people attending the Conference, he said : ” All everybody here are Nigerians, some of them are medical doctors , so are accountant, they are also minister of God in their various occupation, because when you affect one you affect all.
” So they’ve been prepared for the new year challenge and also we’ve seen the need why they to pray to God for time to time to be refreshed.”
He advised Minister of the Gospel to pay urgent attention to their health saying failure to do that could occasion a break down.
” Now we have people with health challenges, we don’t pay attention to our health on this part of the world why, because anything medical in Nigeria is very expressive unlike other countries where they have free medical, our health sector is not doing well, you will only go to hospital if you have money, you can walk-in in any hospital in the world for medical check-up once you’re their citizen, nothing is free in Nigeria and it is really affecting us.
” Most men of God breakdown because they have not pay enough attention to their health which I will advise them to drink enough water and rest well.”
On preparations for the Conference, the Prophetic Evangelist said : ” The preparation is well done, because everything from security to sound to visual to our post on social media and we’ve also prayed to secure that day, and God should protect everyone that will be coming that day.
“We don’t have social distancing again in Nigeria, have travel out of the country severally between 2020 and now even without my face mask, we have outbreaks in China and some other part of the world, but Nigeria is well managed, we’ve been doing parties with no Covid” 19 located and we are praying that there won’t be further outbreaks in Jesus name.”
