Prudential Zenith Life Insurance has organised free cancer screening for women in commemoration of this year’s International Women’s Day.
In a statement issued by the firm, it said that the event was part of its commitment to the ‘Invest in women: Accelerate progress’ theme, recognising the importance of promoting general health and well-being.
“The free cancer screening event underscores our dedication to giving back to the community and fostering a culture of inclusivity. Women were provided with comprehensive cancer screenings for breast cancer,” part of the statement read.
The Executive Director/Chief Commercial Officer at Prudential Zenith Life Insurance, Isioma Olowu, highlighted that International Women’s Day was a time to celebrate the achievements of women and reflect on progress towards gender equality.
“Our free cancer screening event embodies our commitment to supporting health initiatives and serves as a testament to Prudential’s ethos of being protectors of every life and partners for every future. Once again, we use this medium to say Happy International Women’s Day 2024,” she said.
