One of Nigeria’s finest actresses and go-getters, Eno Udo has shown interest in the position of Actor Guild of Nigeria, Lagos State Chapter.
The unveiling ceremony which took place at Iju Road, Lagos State on 26th of March, 2024 witnessed the attendance of top and mighty members of the guild which include Bishop Dr Joseph Ighalo Edoro, Dr. Henry Obidi, Apostle Dr Bolaji Akinyemi, Dr Jude Orhorha, Divine James Aka Tushbee, Victory Emueje and others.

The Nigerian motion picture industry, known as Nollywood, was officially registered in 1998, the Guild
was set up to represent screen performers who entertain and educate our society and the world about our socio-cultural heritage and essence, as we create professional awareness and protect the interest and welfare of guild members.
Members of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) are the brand faces of Nollywood who project a positive image of our country, Nigeria to the
world and champion arts, culture and tourism through their artistic performances and talents.
On the other hand, the Lagos state chapter has been in existence since the inception of the Guild but seems not to have performed creditably well based on eštablishrent.
The main purpose of this Press Conference/Unveiling is to officially announce her intention to
Contest in the next ACTORS GUILD OF NIGERIA, Lagos State Chapter Election.
Eno Udo believes that AGN will reach full potential if she becomes “Chief Servant” She said: “The major reason why l am presenting myself to lead the AGN is to render nothing but a selfless service which will take us to the next level”.
The path that I intend to take to move the Actors Guild of Nigeria to the next level includes Actors’ Welfare, AGN visibility programmes, Official movements/ Mobility, Movie pool/Film house, clear-cut job description for all, Confidence of members, Bilateral agreements, Upgrade of Task Force”.
She finally promised to key into the vision of the National body for a better AGN, her Three (3) Key Point Agenda:
Previous Activities That I have done for the Guild and it panned out well. He plans free-will donations with proven experiences, at the committee level.
She is a native of NsitUbium Local Government in Akwa Ibom state.
She studied Business Administration at Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin where she graduated and bagged
a Higher National Diploma with an Upper Credit. She also did her National Youth Service in Ogun State
of Nigeria and has been a member of the Lagos AGN since then.
