RemoStars’ Edozie Ewelike’s season is effectively over after picking up a straight red card in their 3-2 away defeat to Katsina United last weekend.
He will miss the Sky Blue Stars final three games with Enyimba (home), Sunshine Stars (away) and Niger Tornadoes (home) as he serves his three games suspension.
Ewelike will now pray his team finish the season in the top three without him as the Kunle Soname wards target a place on the continent for the first time in their history.
